It is essential to me to minimize barriers to entry for the services I provide, and I acknowledge that cost can be a significant obstacle for many people. I offer a complimentary introduction session to all prospective clients. This allows you to ask questions, learn more about the services I provide, and get a sense of whether this is the right fit for you. Depending on whether you are looking for endurance coaching, technical and tactical help with a sport, or strength and conditioning, the corresponding fees and options will vary.

For endurance coaching, the starter package is $300 and includes a personalized training plan. An initial session is used to understand your goals, availability, current level of training, and other pertinent information to create a safe and effective training plan for you. Following receiving your training plan, we will have three sessions bi-weekly over the first six weeks of your program to make adjustments as needed to allow for adherence to the program long-term. After those six weeks, the frequency of sessions to check in and modify your training plan is up to you. For the sessions, I offer a sliding scale, ranging from $90 to $250 per session.

For technical and tactical coaching, custom packages will be created to suit what you hope to achieve in your sport and what level of coaching I can provide.

For strength and conditioning, custom packages will be created to suit your needs and goals.

Please note that all services are prorated accordingly for session length and that the fees are subject to change upon an annual review. Currently, I am only accepting e-transfer as a form of payment.

Cancelling/Missed Sessions: Life happens! If you find that you will miss or be late for a session, please let me know at your earliest convenience in order to schedule an alternative session. A cancellation notice of less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge based on the missed session cost. In consideration of others, if you are late to your session, we will end at the scheduled time.

Endurance Starter Package

Includes an initial session, personalized training plan, and three check-in calls to continue to modify and tweak as needed.

50 mins | $300 | Four sessions in addition to a personalized training plan.

Subsequent Endurance Coaching

After the starter package, the frequency of sessions will be determined by the individual. Typically, bi-weekly to monthly is a good frequency, with more frequent calls for those with less experience in structured training and endurance sport.

Technical and Tactical Coaching

Getting started with a new sport, looking to improve on the field of play or improving tactics and decision making with video review, technical and tactical coaching can help you level up your game. From beginners to seasoned performers, anyone can gain from these sessions.

Duration, cost, and frequency will vary based on client wishes.

Strength and Conditioning

In-person sessions are for health or performance improvements. Sessions are designed with your current abilities and future goals in mind, using science informed training methods you enjoy!
